Institute of Library and Information Science Pullarikunnu (ILIS)
She has a strong academic background in both science and library studies. She completed her MSc in Zoology (1994–1996) and BEd in Natural Science (1996–1997). Later, she pursued BLISc (1999) and MLISc (2001), followed by a PGDLAN in 2014. She has also qualified the UGC-NET in Library and Information Science.
She is currently serving as the Head of the Department of ILIS, Pullarikkunnu. In this role, she is responsible for academic leadership, guiding students, and managing departmental activities.
She began her career as a Lecturer in Library and Information Science, where she taught subjects like Foundations of Library Science, Information Sources, and Services. She has contributed significantly to student learning in this field.
She also has 10 years of experience as a Library Assistant at University College of Teacher Education, Thottakad (2004–2014), and worked as a Biology Teacher for two years, showing her versatility in both science and library education.
